Before the session

It is important that the client has clarity on what they want to achieve during the session and the questions they might have should be sent via mail before the session.

The session

The session is held over Google Meet, MS Teams, Skype, or Whatsapp and therefore requires a microphone and a webcam. It is recorded as an MP3 file and made available for download. This eliminates the pressure to take notes during the session.
